REGISTRATION POLICY
FOR ALL CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:
1. Author Registration & Full Registration included : Proceedings, meals, banquet, coffee breaks
2 . Tutorials, workshops included in the main conference registration, BIBM 2025 only have one registration , we don't have separate workshop registration ,attendees could attend all the workshops.

FOR AUTHORS:
1. One author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.
2. The Main conference paper author registraion deadline is Nov 10, 2025.
3. The Workshop/Poster paper registration deadline is Nov 23, 2025.
4. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration covers ONE paper. An additional fee of USD 400 / CNY 2900 will be charged for each extra paper. Each author may submit up to THREE papers in total.
5. Please submit a full-length paper (up to 8 pages in IEEE 2-column format) through the online submission system. An additional fee of USD 100 / CNY 700 will be charged for each extra page. Each paper may have up to TWO extra pages.

REFUNDS POLICY
1. All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address bibm2025@163.com by 11:59 PM (Beijing Time) on November 24, 2025. An administrative fee of USD 100 / CNY 700 will be charged for each cancelled registration.
2. Author registrations are non-refundable.
